1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, services, and digital products provided by FA Mode Management LLC, a Wyoming-registered company trading as DButterfly (the “Agency”). By engaging our services or purchasing any service tier, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
The Agency provides digital talent management, social media strategy, content consulting, and brand partnership services for creators operating on mainstream public platforms. Specific scope is defined within each purchased service tier.
3. Service Tiers & Fees
All published service tiers (Tier 1 Onboarding Assessment, Blue Butterfly Starter Suite, Green Butterfly Growth Suite, Peanut Butterfly Enterprise Suite) are billed in USD by FA Mode Management LLC. Pricing and inclusions are stated on the website and may be updated from time to time; the version active at time of purchase governs the engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities
You represent that you have full legal authority over the accounts and assets you share with us, that your content complies with the policies of each platform you operate on, and that you will provide timely access and information required for service delivery.
5. Confidentiality
All client information, performance data, and strategy artifacts are treated as confidential. NDAs are available on request and are standard for Enterprise scopes.
6. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable once the corresponding digital token or consulting suite has been accessed. See our Refund Policy for the complete terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Templates, frameworks, and proprietary materials provided by the Agency remain the intellectual property of FA Mode Management LLC and are licensed to the client for internal business use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Agency’s aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service tier giving rise to the claim. The Agency is not liable for indirect, consequential, or platform-attributable losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
